Ms. Pooja Dhingra
Founder, Le15 Patisserie

Pooja Dhingra, the Queen of Macarons is the founder of Le15 Patisserie, Le15 Cafe and Studio Fifteen Culinary Centre in Mumbai. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Paris, she wanted to offer Mumbai a taste of classic French patisserie. She was selected by Forbes India for their ‘30 Under 30’ achievers list for 2014 and the Forbes 30 under 30 Asia List. Apart from donning the chef’s hat, she is also a talented author of the best-selling cookery book “The Big Book of Treats” and recently she launched her second book on healthy eating, called “The Wholesome Kitchen”.
Mr. Ajeet Khurana

Ajeet Khurana, a University of Texas alumnus, is a seasoned entrepreneur and mentor who has been into start-us in India since 1993 and works with early- stage enterprises. He is one of India’s leading angel investors. Mr. Khurana earlier founded Corpos Collosum Learning Pvt. Ltd. and KITS. He is the former CEO of SINE, IIT Bombay’s business incubator, mentor, member of Mumbai Angels, and more. As an angel investor, he invested $10000 each in over half a dozen startups a year in areas like education, e-commerce, software, internet and internet enabled services.
Mr. Rajiv Dingra

Rajiv Dingra is the Founder and CEO of WATConsult, the most awarded digital and social media agency of India, founded in the year 2007. An entrepreneur and a thought leader in the digital space, Rajiv started his journey in the digital space at a young age of 22 years. Currently he leads a team of 350+ people at WATConsult, which is headquartered in Mumbai, and has offices in Delhi and Bangalore. A great storyteller, Rajiv has been speaking globally at digital and social media seminars and forums across New York, Bangkok, Dubai, Amsterdam, London, Malaysia and Africa along with India. He is an active jury member across prestigious awards shows like Effies, DMA Echo, Smarties, Abbys, IDMA and many others.

A Business Leader, Entrepreneur, Chief Growth Officer and Marketing Guru, Peshwa Acharya straddles many worlds of experience. Peshwa Acharya brings 25 years plus Senior Management, P & L expertise across FMCG (CPG), Telecom, Retail, Technology sectors across India and Asia. He has core expertise in Consumer Marketing, Brand Management, Sales & Distribution & Retail Management across Asia. Peshwa has the proven ability to lead businesses in key strategic and leadership roles (CEO/ Business Head / CMO) across multiple industries viz. FMCG, Retail, Telecom and Tech Start-ups etc. He’s been instrumental in building brands like Vodafone, Reliance Retail, Dabur, Pepsi, Housing.com in India.
Mr. Acharya is currently the CMO at Sterling Holiday Resorts Ltd (A Thomas Cook and Fairfax company)
Ms. Rahat Beri

A 22 year in the industry veteran, Rahat is the Founder and Managing Director of Blue Ocean IMC in India. Previously, she headed one of India’s Top 10 communications firm as their COO and worked across 100’s of Indian and global accounts. She specializes in corporate affairs and financial services, retail, lifestyle, banking, real estate and entertainment media. She continues helping India’s leading CEO’s with their overall market strategy.. Her work in taking several organizations through successful IPO’s speaks for itself and this experience has led to her forming long term associations with India’s top MNC’s and business forums. She is an active member of the Young FICCI Ladies organization helping build strong avenues for today’s women in their professional journeys.
Mr. Ketan Joshi

He has an MBA from JBIMS and has worked as a Business and marketing professional in corporates and start-ups, lives and works in Mumbai when he’s not traipsing around the world.

He is also an author and has written well known books like ‘Three men on motorcycles’, ‘Keep Calm – and screw the boss’.

Apart from it all, he has also authored a textbook on marketing.

The Jai Hind College (Autonomous) E-Summit’17 start up competition was a platform that every startup wishes to have, to showcase their idea. We had some of the most fast growing and innovative startups competing. Here are a few startups who made it to E-Summit 2017.
Sagar Defence Engineering
The ocean is an increasingly contested battle space, as nations seek to protect their waters and resources.To address this problem, SDE uses Sensors, connectivity, cloud computing to form an unmanned autonomous ocean robot -The Unmanned Marine Surface Vehicle which sits at the surface, collecting and communicating ocean data, real-time, through unpredictable conditions. It connects subsea data and communicates it to satellites and land, creating an ocean network.
Uberpack
Uberpack is a brand that aims at making bags smart.’The Smart Bag’ was developed focusing primarily on convenience, design & engineering. Their bags give protection and power for electronics, smart cases, functionality and soon to be introduced- tracking your Uberpack with their Android & iOS Application.
Artistik India
Artistik India is an e-commerce websites created for buying and selling art by budding artists. It was formed by three nineteen year olds that were disappointed to see a large number of people hesitating to pursue undergraduate courses in art due to its limited scope in India. The idea was born out of true passion and will to make a change, hence becoming the winner of the competition.
Grovill Education
Grovill Education Ltd. provides affordable Pre-Primary Education to the rural children with excellent infrastructure and proper teaching aids for experiential learning.. Grovill Education Ltd is solving the disparity in the quality of basic education in urban and rural areas. They provide employment to rural women by training them locally. They aim to provide quality education accessible and affordable to all Indians by being present in the 6000 blocks of India.
Papeljam
Papeljam is a stationery & lifestyle brand featuring original artwork designs on products that create value for its customers and provide utility in their day to day life. All the designs are hand-painted and illustrated and then transferred onto the products. Papplejam did not win the startup competition but, won a cash prize of Rs 25,000 from one of the judges who was more than impressed by the idea of the startup.
Project Network India
Project Network is a startup that aims to create various networking groups where every group has one member as the sole representative from the industry that they are from. They assist Start Ups, SMEs and Freelancers to establish a network enabling them to conduct business on a higher scale.
Find My North
Find My North is a career exploration platform dedicated to helping aspiring professionals and students make an informed career choice by providing job shadowing opportunities in the field they wish to explore. This ensures that one gets a clear picture of the field he/she is planning to make a career in even before committing to it, thus saving any unnecessary investment of time and resources.
